Usually wouldn't do this type of review... being stuck in drive thru for 20-30mins is absolutely insane. First car was just sitting there waiting for his order to be taken.. second vehicle got their order done finally and things started moving. Considering your drive thru lane is right next to an entrance it would be a very good and safe idea to prioritize drive thru.

Tried to order Chicken Jr and was charged over $7. Tried to show them the picture of the item I wanted and they told me that it was the crispy chicken (it's not). The people who work here don't even know what's on their own menu

The burgers were classic whoppers and hit the spot just right. The only thing to bring the rating down was the obvious change to the classic fries at we are accustomed too. These new fries dont hit the same. They tasted like sadness. I really hope this is not some permanent change.....?

The new style onion rings were gross, tasted like that cheap bulk style you can buy at the grocery store, ya know the gross 1.8kg for $10 onion rings, Why would burger king switch with those?!? The ice cream cone was different too, tasted like cheap frozen yogourt. And the fountain drink coke i threw away as it tasted off, and again not authentic. Honestly a bad experience overall. The whopper was the only thing that was decent until i took a few bites of the meat only and it tasted like previously frozen meat. Suffice to say i threw up most of my meal.
