Recently I had a terrible experience from the Osmow’s shawarma spot in the college square. I ordered beef shawarma on the stix. The beef felt like rubber and it wasn’t even chopped well!! Earlier they used to prepare fries when they get an order. Now all they do is fry the fries much early so when we order, we get cold and soft ones! What made me more upset was the behaviour of the employees working there. Dude, I pay for my food. I am not taking money from your payroll. Atleast try to listen to your customers when taking the order. Such a terrible experience man!

I love the food, but the way it’s handled isn’t good. I noticed staff handling money while wearing gloves, and then not changing them before preparing food. At the very least, they should remove the gloves and put on a new pair before making shawarmas, which require direct hand contact for wrapping. I don’t hate the food—I just don’t like how unsanitary the place seems.

Ive been a regular at owsmows for over 3 years now and they have just been increasing the prices and lowering the amount of food. And it seems today to compensate for less food they added hair in my food. When i tried to return the food, they all looked at me weird as if im asking for something unreasonable and talked in their own language ( i think it was indian). I dont know what they said but i got a replacement. Still it was very difficult and disgusting to eat the food knowing there might be hair somewhere there. @owsmows Ps : im willing to take this further in a legal manner, any lawye

I don’t usually complain but this was the nastiest chicken I have ever had. Got rubber chicken gristle, sauce and pickles dumped all over the chicken. Pic on right is MR SHWARMA on Clyde av. Look at the difference. Delicious
