I ordered a flatbread pizza, a Bagel belt, chili, 2 wedges, and a 10-pack of Timbits. I waited for more than 20 minutes, and it was only when my order was handed to me that I was informed the chili was unavailable. I would have appreciated being told this at the counter before waiting that long. I then requested a refund, and although the staff member said it would be processed, I had to wait another 5 minutes before it was actually completed. Overall, the experience was quite disappointing and frustrating

Ordered an early morning coffee. Drank it on the way home. When I went to separate the lid and cup for recycling, I noticed this hair inside the cup. Gross!
