This was a great lunch indeed !!! Wonderful flavours and spices in this chicken dish! The accompanying rice was just delicious! The accompanying spice dip was a bit too spicy hot for me but extremely flavourful! The small side of salad had a very tasty dressing that I enjoyed. There was too much in this order for me to eat in one sitting. The owner approached me and we had a nice chat about food of course , very very nice lady! First time visiting this place and trying East African/Somalian food. Service was super nice and quick. Size of portion is huge. Beef samosa super tasty. Lamb shank does not have much of lamb smell, that is good for us. Grilled chicken is so soft it is just melting in your mouth. They give out free lentil soup as a compliment. Interiors might need some updates but can be overlook by the food and service quality. Definitely be back.

Great little hidden gem on 118 Ave serving Eastern African food. I found this place from their stellar reviews and I was definitely not disappointed as everything from the food to the service was delivered perfectly. They offered my dishes combined in a platter which gave it a rich aesthetic and the blend of flavours were phenomenal! Would definitely go back!
