I visit this McDonald’s two to three times a week and have generally been satisfied with the service provided by most of the staff. However, my experience around 7 a.m. this morning was quite disappointing. I ordered a medium coffee and two muffins. McDonald’s is currently running a promotion with stickers on the coffee cups, but the cup I received did not have a sticker. When I went to the counter to request one, the staff member handed it over without making eye contact or offering any apology. I have been frequenting this McDonalds for a few years. They regularly like to scam customers. This McDonalds serves the skinniest ice cream cones I have ever seen. I stopped buying ice cream from them altogether. The ketchup coming out of the dispenser is really watered down, every time. I think they are adding water to the ketchup. Now, I just ask for ketchup packets. They have also put only 1 slice of cheese in my Quarter Pounder. Also, I once paid more for extra bacon with my morning pancakes, but actually got only a bunch of small bits and pieces of bacon which amounted to only one full p

While this location is one of my top choices, lately my orders have been getting messed up whether it's they the Drive Thru or Online Delivery Order. Consistently, the Sweet-N-Sour sauces were forgotten even after it being selected and printed on the receipt. And for some reason, I have gotten a random extra item. Like an extra burger. Whilst that is a nice surprise, I really want my sweet-n- sour sauces for my chicken nuggets. I don't have the ability to check the contents before driving off especially with LOs waiting in the car.
