Amazing place for a coffee date or just to stop by and get the most delicious bread to take home! The European-inspired design of the place is beautiful — I absolutely love it. There are plenty of bakery and dessert options, and the staff is incredibly warm and friendly with truly amazing customer service. They don’t have a lot of seating for big groups, but there are a few tables perfect for two people. The place is almost always busy and full, yet still cozy and quiet. I came across this café near Bridgeland and decided to give it a try… and let me just say, it was absolutely delicious! To start, the roll cakes aren't overly sweet, which is something I really appreciate. A lot of the time, less-sweet cakes end up tasting bland, but that definitely wasn't the case here. The cake was light and airy, the cream wasn't heavy at all, and the whole dessert felt so refreshing. We tried the Cookies & Cream roll cake, and I'd definitely recommend it. What a cute corner bakeshop that transports you to Europe! Had heard about mari bakeshop from a lot of people and finally wanted to try myself. We wanted to sample a bit of everything so ended up trying the croissants, cake rolls and the apple briefs sandwich along with our coffee. We also got some sourdough home which was amazing!! The only thing I didn't love was the matcha cake roll but to be honest I wasn't expecting much since matcha in desserts is always tricky! However everything else was bang on. Im definitely coming here again soon. 100% recommend.

We were visiting our friends nearby and stopped by Mari Bakeshop to get some pastries. We were very happy to find this hidden gem and there are so many varieties of pastries, rolls, artisan breads, chouxs, sandwiches, golden and crusty sourdough loaves, tarts, danishes, croissants, focaccias and many more. We love the roll cakes and decided to get the Hazelnut Roll Cake, Cookies & Cream Roll Cake, Chocolate Hazelnut Roll Cake, Coffee Roll Cake, Coconut Roll Cake and Sacristain to share with our friends. The roll cakes tasted fresh, decadent and absolutely delicious!
