Absolutely pathetic service. They couldn’t even get a simple order right and gave me fewer sandwiches than I paid for. When I pointed out their mistake, the staff were rude, dismissive, and acted like they couldn’t care less. No apology, no effort to fix it properly—just terrible customer service from start to finish. If this is the level of service they think is acceptable, they seriously need to rethink how they treat customers. Save your money and go somewhere that actually values your business. Very convenient location, lots of parking. I also really like this McDonald’s. It just feels different. Everything is always fresh here. The staff are very friendly and welcoming, and you can tell they really care about quality. And thank God, after eating the fries you don’t feel any stomach problems. I wish I could give less than one star. I ordered from drive through before and they took 30 minutes just for a simple regular coffee. I waited on the window for almost 20-30 minutes. Today at 12:30, I ordered a meal with big mac no meat and a veggie patty burger but, the veggie patty burger was having sweet chilly sauce in it which does not come with that burger. Moreover, they didn’t added two cheese in my big mac and there was no lettuce and sauce on the first layer of burger. It was terrible. Consistently getting the orders wrong. Had to change my order at the window and they still handed me the wrong items and overcharged me, line was too long to go back. Ordered 3 items with a subtotal of $9.67, charged $13.17 Not cool McDonald’s, not cool.
