The restaurant service was very bad. We went at 8:30 PM, and they were cleaning, so it was hard to find a place to sit comfortably. The fountain drinks were not working because the machine was turned off, and the drink parts were in the sanitizer (they were closing). The ketchup machine was empty. The food was cold, the burger meat smelled bad, and the fries were undercooked, cold, and terrible. I am really disappointed. It was the worst experience in both service and food quality.

I went through the drive thru this evening, ordered 2 teen burger combos. 1 with poutine and 1 with onion rings. They asked me to park up front as they had to make some of it and didn't want the timer going while I waited. A young woman came to my window a few minutes later with the food in the bag. I accepted and drove off. When i got home i realized the bag was leaking, I didn't think too much of it as the 3 minute drive would have condensation from just being cooked. As I got out of the truck I realized gravy was dripping everywhere, all down my hoodie, pants and sneakers. Everything in

A&W has certified Beef and excellent customer service. They are not in the same category as the normal fast food alternatives. Its the only place I will stop for a meal when traveling other than a full blown regular restaurant period
