Enjoyed my sashimi and nigiri salmon and tuna combo. Everything was very fresh. My friend had the spring rolls, avocado roll and yam tempura roll (first time). I also ordered the gomae. We liked the pink sushi rice. Pretty color! Good service too.

Sushi Well has always been my go-to in New West 🤍 It used to be Okonomi Sushi back when I was in high school (2010–2015), and we would go at least a few times a month all year round. Fast forward to 2026, and I really appreciate how the quality is still just as good—it brings back so many memories and all the nostalgic vibes ✨ My fave has always been the deep fried California roll, and as you can see… I still order it every time 😌 Such a great place!

We used to visit this place regularly for about 2 years. However, over the last 3–4 months, there’s been a sharp drop in quality. Portions keep getting smaller (especially for delivery orders), and it feels like they change the recipes every two weeks (or they just don’t care what they send out for delivery). I ordered from them one last time, and this is what I got. It’s supposed to be a real crab California roll, but it tastes more like an avocado roll. Instead of making the portions smaller/not adding enough ingredients you could increase the price... It's a shame that they are sacrificing

【Food】 They use a pink vinegar sushi rice on their sushi! We thought it would only came with the pink vinegar if you asked but we were wrong haha. It doesn’t taste different from the sushi rice, it’s only more healthy I guess! Never heard of such thing in Japan but…the nigiri tasted good, although we thought the rolls (the one with avocado) was a bit tasteless. Make sure you ask for hot tea to warm you up:) 【Service】 Both servers were very polite and kind. I felt bad they had some group on the big table coming in and out all the time. Saying they came just to see some friends and not even eat
