This brunch of A&W is absolutely one of the BEST! The burger meat is so juicy and tasty. the vegetables are fresh and the bun is soft. The burger just turned out the one you see in the advertisement. The onion rings are classic yummy. The coating is just so good, and super crispy 👍 it’s was busy but the drive thru was well managed and got the foods on time. Thanks and will come again 💓

I visited this A&W on the 200st. Langley location for the first time today with my daughter.Earlier today she had been helping me with groceries and I wanted to treat her. When my card unexpectedly declined at the counter, I was completely caught off guard and honestly quite embarrassed especially since we had just used it successfully at several other stores. In that moment, a kind man and woman standing behind us in line immediately offered to pay for our order. Their generosity left me speechless. There are truly no words for that kind of human kindness. I also want to sincerely apologize

Unfortunately, there has been continued errors in the drive through order pickups resulting in returning back inside for the correction or sometimes entirely missed items. The operating of the drive through at this location has consistently struggled due to lack of understanding. Its much better to go inside if you can and has been usually a better experience.

I ordered fries and gravy from drive through, and the person taking my order helped me figure out the cheapest way to do it and then offered to put it in a poutine box for me. Awesome customer service. Fries were hot and fresh and gravy delicious
