The number of fake reviews here is surprising. Based on what I read, I expected this place to be magnificent, but it turned out to be one of the worst burgers I’ve ever had in Alexandria. The beef didn’t even taste like real meat I couldn’t figure out what it was. The overall quality was disappointingly low, down to even the tissues 😅

Overall quality was not bad. Good service, fast order delivery and very nice packaging. Burger quality was mediocre, mostly taste like soya bean, onion rings, cheese and sauce was tasty though. They have a cozy place if you want to have a seat and eat your food. Would recommend at this price point (50 LE+)

I came all the way from Cairo with my family to support the owner who I really appreciate , I order 2 sandwichs beef and chicken , and after waiting for almost 30 min or more , the beef sandwich was below normal and nothing special but no complain but the surprise was the chicken sandwich it was really shock!! Cold bread and the chicken is not fresh at and it is heated as it was fried a couple of hours ago , don't wonder yet as we asked for a manager and we had to wait for more 30 minutes for someone to check on the issue and the little girl who finally came claiming that she is the manager debated with us that we do not know how the sandwich should be and named the chicken sandwich as a burger sandwich 3 times and with a very bad attitude she changed the sandwich, we sent a message to the FB page not asking for any compensation but to share experience with someone who do care as we do care to support and they asked for a phone number to contact us on and we are still waiting for days
