Gourmet salad ingredients were all quite interesting and good but not very harmonious Duck was very overcooked, pork had some nice parts but some parts were very overcooked as well, and thus tough Turbot fillet was under seasoned, texture was fine but not very memorable at all Cheese was good, fig jam was superb. Orange creme brulee had a texture similar to scrambled egg, with small sugar shards instead of a hard crunch. It's alright The macaron thing is avg, but the banana cream was alright

The food tastes like genuine home cooked food The veloute was outstanding as were their hamburgers a la francais..real meat..no fillers, perfectly cooked Thank you very much. If you want to go Saturday night make sure to make a reservation in good time
