I've had delicious poutine in Québec and was expecting something comparable, but was disappointed. Considering the fries are one of the main components of the dish, they should not have been mushy and chewy. Although it was toward the beginning of the dinner rush, it seemed that the fries had been sitting around for a while. I do give them points for their creative toppings. Portions are large and priced fairly. The ordering process (one touchscreen) was slow and impersonal.
