Best Moelleux Au Chocolat (molten lava chocolate cake) I’ve eaten in my life! The lamb shoulder with polenta was also delightful - meat was extremely tender and flavourful 👍 Service was excellent and even though we came with a large group, all the orders came without any problems.

Best customer service and food ever in Paris! Ingrid and Salvatori are very friendly, helpful and kind. We have a great time in this restaurant so we returned 3 times. Risoto is the best I have had in my life so far. I would definitely go back and recommend to any friend.

Very nice local bistro. The portions are gigantic so make sure you are super hungry if you go fir more than just a main course. The bread is excellent!!!

The cuisine at Bistro Valentin is of little interest but somehow comes at a hefty price - 21€ for a very basic and tasteless Caesar salad for instance. The venue in itself is extremely noisy. Service was nice.
