We had wandered for a little while but being a Sunday evening a lot of restaurants were closed. This one wasn't and that was to our definite advantage. The mussels on a bed of spaghetti to which you added your own broth from a copper pot was intriguing and very tasty. The cod with vegetables (fennel, carrots. parsnips, potatoes, green beans and what I thought was a giant radish but turned out to be a delightful surprise of hard boiled egg with the outside dyed red) with a dish of aoli was sublime. I had lunch here the other day. I thought it was quite good. Gazpacho made with melon and tomato (interesting twist). Half plate of charcuterie with a mini arugula salad. Caesar salad with some interesting add-ons (poached egg, fried cheese sticks (bâtonnets de fromage frits) and a nice glass of local white wine.
