We had an exceptional meal at lunch time. We were on a river cruise but really wanted to experience Michelin star dining. We only had 90 minutes and the servers stepped up and made it work to serve the 8 course tasting menu and wine pairing with excellent style and precision!

We had the lunch menu in 4 temps, paired with wines (early January 2025). The food was interesting, with very articulate and intense flavors—sometimes a bit too strong and unbalanced. On the other hand, the wine pairing was fantastic! We enjoyed wonderful wines, sake, and muscat. Unfortunately, the desserts were extremely disappointing: too sour, too bitter, and too savory.
