Saw this on the map with a 4.9 rating and thought "HOW??". After trying this gem of a restaurant, i think I can safely say the chef, owner and staff REALLY care about food, how it tastes, and making sure guests feel welcome. The chicken and lamb mince sausages were SPECTACULARY seasoned with Algerian flavours and also cooked to perfection. Only the Ground beef patty was a little dry. Even the salad dressing and frittes were flavorful. Portions are generous and prices are really affordable. As Jean Christophe says on MasterChef, "Sublim!" :) . Will definitely be visiting again. :)

We came to Belfort to eat dinner and casually we saw this restaurant that was open. The experience was for sure sublime. The ambiente and the food felt like you were home eating dinner with your friends. Excellent.
