Highlighting the best of locality and seasonality, with the utmost respect towards the ingredients and bringing them to the forefront. Highly recommended experience with drinks pairing. Service and pacing were good, in a cosy intimate setting. You have to come and experience it yourself: to feel the connection with the ingredients; the way they have been transformed by the chefs to the become the dish that has been presented in front of you.
