For ambience, service, food, and background music, this is one of my favorite restaurants anywhere, and I’m a world traveler. It’s comfortable and stimulating at the same time. The fish was perfectly cooked and creatively presented without being pretentious. (The next time, I’ll just order a dessert other than the apple cobbler.) I have been coming to this restaurant since they opened and am impressed with their steady progress toward excellence. Thank you for a very pleasant experience.

What a lovely restaurant. The place was devided into 4-5 sections. One area has seated areas indoors. 3 areas were designated for patio-outdoor seating. There was also one area that was full of art. The bathrooms were at the entrance and very clean. The kitchen was viewable from the front entrance hallway. The menu was small and simple it has something for everyone. We came for lunch so the menu was limited. The dinner menu looked just as good! We each had an appetizer and a main. We ate the tomato with feta and the melon salad. They were super delicious and easy to share. We ordered the beef

Les Oustals recently reopened and it is truly fabulous! Currently there are lots of roadworks going on around the restaurant but that did not deter us from having a great time. The old stonewalls, the excellent food, the generous cocktails and the fabulous DJ all made for a wonderful evening. Don’t even want to share this place because a venue like this in Beziers is rare…

Myself and my partner absolutely loved Les Ostals. The experience was magical. Very attentive and welcoming staff added to the already wonderful ambience created by the wonderful buildings and courtyard. The natural local wines were very tasty and unlike any I have had before. The food was fresh, interesting and included historic local recipes. There were veggie options including an exquisite cheese board and some vegan options too, but it would probably be best to order before 8 as it seems items are made fresh each day so some options can run out.
