So well executed! The asparagus Panna Cotta was so refreshing. The croq chou was creative and delicious : pop corn inside ice cream, bottom of the chou was glazed with caramel (which hardens when cold) to prevent the ice cream from making it soggy. Skillful and thoughful. Modern cooking rooted in French traditions, and very vegetable forward which I love. Can rival any trendy place in Paris. Highly recommend!

My husband and I ate at Le Castelet tonight (April 7, 2026) for dinner. We had reservations for 7:00pm. We arrived about 5 min realty but got seated at an outside table (our preference). The wait staff was great - fun personalities and humor. They were very helpful with the French menu. I ordered the sea bass. My husband had the duck. We shared the snail appetizer and a bottle of wine. Everything was delicious. I highly recommend this restaurant!
