Grand Bib★★Hello, After two Fridays in a row, I noticed that the toilet seat upstairs is not properly secured. On Friday, May 22, 2026, I assumed this was a known issue and would be fixed soon. On Friday, May 29, 2026, the same toilet seat was still not secured. Could you please take action quickly before a customer falls from the toilet bowl due to a loose seat? Furthermore, there is an unpleasant odor in the toilet. I tried to clean it (before using the toilet), but it was dry and hard, even on the floor. This was at 10:00 AM. This means it couldn't have dried and hardened quickly after being opene
