Came here with my family and was pleased to find out their crepes re gluten free. This opened up a large amount of food on the menu that I could eat safely. Food came out quickly and was very good. The staff were amazing and even moved two heavy umbrellas so the setting sun wouldn’t be in our eyes while we ate. Wonderful view on the Caen castle as well, take a walk through the grounds before or after your meal.

Great service and good food. For the last 3 years I have brought a group of 35 here while in town; every year the place is a hit! I usually stop by the night before to make the reservation and also to pick up a menu, the next day in the afternoon I return to the restaurant and have the order ready to place so the kitchen can prepare. The food is always great, and is prepared quickly. Great location, near the base of the castle and 3 minutes from the central historical church.

Food arrived cold and very small amounts. Ordered a fish dish for a main that was more like a starter and it was cold. Pity as it could easily be a lot better if the staff made sure it was at least hot. I get the feeling it is precooked and "reheated" to order.
