You are never disappointed in a star restaurant. This one is themed around local herbs and products. The full menu is 11 dishes. At lunch you can pick 4, 8, 9 or 11. The menu will tell you which dishes are skipped with each lower bracket. It's a very small room, reservation is a must. We picked 8 dishes and it was a little too much food at the end. Prices are standard for this type of quality establishments.

First time in a Michelin star establishment. My lovely gastronôme older brother treated me to this phenomenal restaurant. All I can say is, every single thing I put in my mouth was unlike anything I've ever tasted before. I have nothing to compare it to. My brother and I didn't like the "Aïga-Belhidà". The texture, although very unique, was a bit too weird for us. Everything else was wonderful though! I love how everything is sourced locally. The restaurant is really indicative of Auvergnat culture. We even got to meet the Chef after the meal. Overall it was an unforgettable experience!
