I asked for more paper napkins, but the man refused, saying he didn't have any more. He said he'd put two on top and three on the bottom... Okay, fine... We ordered a takeaway meal for two adults. When we sat down, I discovered there were only two napkins... one for each adult... I didn't realize this shop was in such dire straits and that two measly paper napkins could bankrupt them. I won't be back. Service: 0.

It's a shame because the place is really nice. The bagels were two days old, the bread was stale, and they were for takeout. I called and pointed it out, and she confirmed that yes, the bagels could be several days old and that's why they offered to heat them up. Personally, I wanted to eat mine cold, so it was my fault. So the bagel went in the bin, and they didn't offer to replace it or even refund me. Great policy, what a shame, I won't be coming back.
