This was our first time here, and the lady was really kind, down-to-earth, and pleasant. I enjoy trying gourmet coffees, and I was happy with this one. (Perhaps removing one of the foams and replacing it with a pastry would add more texture, especially if it's not part of a meal.) The coffee is good; I recommend it.

Passing through Valence on my way back south, I found a lovely little establishment in the Auchan Épervière-Valence Sud shopping center. The dining room was pleasant and quiet, the staff attentive, and the service quick. A great place for a break. They offer typical brasserie dishes as well as local specialties (ravioli and Ardèche-style potato pancakes). Homemade crème brûlée is also available.
