Great restaurant with very interesting flavour combinations. We had the 3 course menu (which actually came with 2 extra mini courses, an ‘amuse bouche’ to start and chocolates to accompany coffee at the end). All the food was delicately prepared, very well cooked and carefully flavoured. The lamb with Indian spicing was excellent as were the Thai flavoured frogs legs! Visited this Michelin-starred restaurant hoping for a memorable experience, but unfortunately, it was a shit show. On a 30-degree day, the air conditioning was not turned on, making the atmosphere uncomfortably hot throughout our meal. For a 40-euro plate, the portion was surprisingly small—so much so that I had to leave and eat a proper meal elsewhere afterward. What an incredible culinary experience. As an ex chef to eat such wonderful food that was so beautifully presented, well thought out & created a gastronomic journey to behold. I took one star away for food as one dish of falafel was so out of place and below par it almost put a dampener on the occasion, they flew back in with a wonderful coriander refreshing sorbet. It was insanely refined and wow. I thank the staff for explaining the dishes to us in English, I understand a bit of French but was thankful for their efforts. This place has to get a Michelin star one, I hope they do. Probably the
