I only put 4 stars for food and atmosphere, but it's hardly something they can act on - maybe food, but how should I know? In any case, I found there were not enough sugary options. Didn't have a look at the salty options- I found the place a tad small. I do like that there's the possibility, for frapuccini, to ask without coffee (not for the whole selection, though). The staff is always smiling and nice, it's lovely!
