Great Starbucks location. I originally stopped in looking for a specific 'You Are Here' city mug to add to my collection. While they didn't have it, the staff was incredibly helpful and kindly took the time to explain that the collection had been discontinued for a couple of years now. Even though my mug hunt wasn't successful, the customer service was absolutely fantastic, and the store itself was clean, welcoming, and well-maintained. Thank you to the friendly team for being so helpful

Nice and spacious, with so many tables and more students. It was still quiet enough. Perhaps the students had exams! It's in the touristic alleys of beautiful Lille, so it's nice for a break from a walk in the city. Or to take a walk after a long day working on your laptop!

Ordered a dirty soy chai : got a soy chai no coffee - had to pay 2€ extra to get some in later ! And ordered a hot matcha : got 2 iced matcha - asked to get it hot, they just warmed up the iced matcha in the same cup ! Was so watery and burning hot. Worst café experience I’ve had

The service was extremely slow. I waited over 10 minutes for a simple brewed filter coffee. One of the baristas started the machine but got distracted chatting with others and didn’t notice when the coffee was ready. Proper training is clearly needed. Additionally, I noticed several people walking in, using the restroom, and taking sugar, napkins, and other supplies without making any purchases. This lack of oversight affects both the atmosphere and the overall customer experience.
