We loved it so much we came back the day after. The platter was amazing. Lots of food and the combination of variety and quantity is perfect. The doro wat and the lentils stood out for me. But, just overall great place for a warm meal. They were accommodating to our requests for substitutions in the platter as well. Would definitely visit again on a trip to Lyon.

Hospitality is a cornerstone in Ethiopian culture - food, coffee, and sharing are central to gatherings, and this is the experience you get dining at Messob! The quality of food, variety, portion, and presentation is outstanding all around! Delish and inviting, this place is hands down worth visiting more than once. Hats off to the chef for the food and Tiramisu Cafe (must try!) The manager is so kind and welcoming. You just need to go!
