I'd already been to Conakry for a drink, but this Sunday, after a Saturday night out, I was really craving African food, and a friend took me back to this restaurant around 6 pm because we were starving. We were warmly welcomed by the owner. I wanted to try their okra and beef stew with placali, and it was delicious. My friend ordered braised chicken, but it ended up being fried with attieke; he thought it was good, but it needed more sauce to go with the attieke.
