Definitely unpleasant and unwelcoming! Very rude hostess and cashier! Throwing away customers who arrive at 2:10pm, and they said no places, and we saw more than 6 tables available. Normally courte paille is very good, specially Sunday with a non stop service but here no attention and no importance to the customer, you feel you eat for free, or food aid. Also the free supplement of fries was for free, but now 5 euro in this Courte Paille, but just 1 euro in the others. Kind regards

Service may be improved. I waited a long time for every dish.... Even just a kid's menu ice cream. My mother got a dish of fish that... Was half raw. Too bad because dishes were tasting quite good.

We visited last night and we were the only people in the restaurant, 2 adults and 2 small children. First of all the children's order 100% wrong. Given hamburgers instead of chicken fillets. Fine easy mistake kids ate the chips and left it at that. I ordered a chicken burger and ir was icy cold. Taken out of the fridge and whacked on a bun. Disgusting! When we told staff they took it away and put it back on the grill including the brioche bun so it was black and crispy!! Brought it back out as if they had done me a favour. Told them to keep it and we weren't paying for it. Husband had a hambu

Nice restaurant with a very warm atmosphere around the chimney. The food was copious and really tasty, nice staff and reasonable price. Highly recommended if you are passing by Massy!
