We had a weeknight flight planned and were in search of a place near/in Mérignac where we could get a small bite before our departure. We were able to reserve this rooftop bar/restaurant for 6pm. No one in France eats this early. The service crew gathered for their meal around 6:30pm. We chose a mix of things from the entree menu and several from the tapas. The asparagus was good (4 stars). very good looking dishes, but thats all. cheap/low price ingredients at premium price, zero value for money. dishes too elavorate to the point of mixing too many ingredients almost ramdonly.... good look, no taste for children, no chance.... interesting but been there, done that, NOT COMING BACK
