My husband and I paid a visit here on 29/6/2023. The food and wine were fantastic. The owner was very friendly and warmly welcomed us when he knew we came from Hong Kong. Food in Bordeaux was overall impressive but Temps a Nouveau was definitely the most memorable meal during our stay. We couldn’t believe our luck had lead us to this restaurant when we were searching for dinner place out of the downtown. 食物 服務 配酒 調味 環境 一級棒！ I would highly recommend this restaurant to any friends. It was such a surprise to find the gem in a non-touristy area of Bordeaux!

Great service and good atmosphere. However, I was very disappointed with their (veggie) truffle carbonara dish, where they replaced the guanciale with beetroot, pasta cooked twice (see picture), and cubes of emmentale instead of parmigiano and no truffle (only truffle oil). Nothing from this dish reminds you of a carbonara.
