If you want to have a taste of Japan while you are in Metz, this restaurant is a great choice. Its decoration is simply gorgeous with a lot of beautiful details. The menu is rather small, but everything looked delicious and it actually was delicious. The staff was super friendly and can really recommend this restaurant!

I enjoyed the black sesame ramen, which was rich and flavorful, while my husband savored the shoyu ramen, both with broths that were impeccably balanced. The chashu was a highlight—grilled to perfection with just the right amount of fat, adding a delicious, smoky flavor without being overly greasy. The dedication to quality and authenticity is evident in every bite, thanks to the two
