Not a bad spot for breakfast, although the pancakes were a little dry and perhaps a small pitcher of maple syrup at the table would have helped. Bacon was offered crispy style or soft style which was appreciated--we went for crispy. Gingerbread latte was nice too. Al fresco dining is in quite a narrow street which can cause some problems. Overall all not too bad.

The best part? The coffee! It was legit and very tasty! The food? Huge portions and good!! The presentation is first class and you really get a lot for the money. I got my avocado toast with eggs. It was very delicious and there was so much avocado! The service, the vibe, and the ambience are all up to the hype! The server was exceptional, kind and very attentive. I also love the outdoor seating area. Excellent and I highly recommend it!
