Excellent, speedy service and exquisite food I had a stopover of just over an hour in Nîmes this evening before catching the train to Montpellier, so I thought I’d grab dinner somewhere near the station quickly. I’d forgotten it was Assumption and lots of places close early. I had a quick look at TripAdvisor and the Ever’In appeared to be open, had excellent reviews and was just a short €10 taxi ride away from the station. I rang them to make sure and said I’d be around 5 minutes. They welcomed me warmly and I was able to sit on the terrace. I had around 45 minutes till I had to be back at th
