Nerrian Possamai★★★★I'm Italian, and as I should be, I'm very precious about what pizza should taste like. They don't make pizza like in Italy (nor should they), but they make a very serious case for pizza à la mode française. The dough is thin and crunchy, well-cooked by a chef that overlooks the tables from his little furnace and talks to the diners.
