I really enjoyed this place. I hadn't had traditional Guilin rice noodles in over 15 years since I was there so it was a pleasant surprise to find a version so authentic and tasty here in Paris. The woman running this small restaurant seems to have a real passion for her craft and will advise anyone not familiar how best to dress up your bowl to your own preference. The beer braised duck is also very good.

Food was okay but 1) the place is way too small for people to dine in. Though delivery or take away could be a better option, but the noodles change the texture as time passes. 2) we arrived one hour before the close time, but already most of the ingredients are sold out (including pork skin, meat balls, and another two which I forgot the names). If you live close by, take away can be a good option for a quick meal.
