Amazing fresh pizza. Not heavy outdated Napolitan where you have more dough than filing. no, those are fresh, light like a salad ... like you eat in Italy. Simple, all the staff is italian and not American or English pretending to know about pizza. #boom. so amazing terasse, super staff, amazing products. Amazing variety of pizza choice. may one tip, please bring the Nduja i/o Spianata Piccante for the Diavola kind, will be even more Italian superb. Griacce. Amazing Campari Striz btw.

We visited this place after a long day in Disneyland. We arrived around 10pm, and ordered mostly pasta and pizza. We ordered pesto, tartufo, vongole, risotto and pasta and all tasted good. Proseco and wine were also on point. So good! Must try!

Had an incredible meal with such kind service—the pesto and truffle pasta are out of this world, and the bottles of wine are very fairly priced. This restaurant beat out the vast majority of Italian food I’ve had in Italy, and we were even offered limoncello shots on the house! I would go out of your way just to visit Impasto.
