A wonderful experience in a stunning setting! The architecture and interior design of this place are truly unique and create a fantastic atmosphere. The highlight of the meal was the beef Tartare. Cafe du Palais was the most pleasant lunch we have had this far in our trip. The service was warm, welcoming, gracious and attentive. The selection on le carte was expansive and we enjoyed our choices fully. We would choose to dine here again! There is a reason they have been in business since 1930.

Meh, the experience didn't match the high Google rating. Duck confit was ok, but I got a nice piece of plastic (unwrapped for picture) at the top of my side salad which I didn't bother getting returned. The waiter also took forever to pour my champagne glass... After 35 minutes waiting and asking a few times, he finally filled it the first time. I get the check at the end and see I got charged for 2 glasses, which they did correct after I informed them. Just an ok lunch.

The whole experience was fantastic. The staffs were super friendly to our 3 year old son, the food was delicious, and of course the champagne was brilliant. We would definitely recommend to our friends to visit!
