We arrived at about 8 PM and waited some half an hour to order and another half an hour to get the starters - those available at the time. The starters and main dishes were delicious but the desert was not good (we had French toast with caramelised pears, away of what it should have been). We tried the Benedictine liquor that was fantastic! Service was slow but the restaurant was fully booked and this may be an explanation.

I was a bit afraid of coming here due to some reviews I read, but our experience was spotless. The first waitress didn’t speak English fluently - but she really tried to support and service us in the best way possible. We had some drinks and light food while drinking and everything was really good. The onion soup was delicious- highly recommend. We also had a local cured meet dish and it was very tasty! The cocktail I had was also very good. The restaurant is beautiful, the outside area very charming and welcoming - we loved it! It was worthy the stop!

We came into town after a long drive and ferry ride, absolutely starving and unfortunately when restaurants were about to close for the afternoon. The gentleman running Mamie explained the kitchen was about to close but we could order food if we could decide quickly. We happily did so and had delicious, fresh meals plus Aperol spritz, followed by coffee and sweet treats. Everything was prepared perfectly and incredibly flavourful. Service was warm and friendly. The restaurant itself was cheerful and charming. We adore Mamie and recommend it without reservation!

Stopped here after our guided tour of Rouen for a drink, snack and les toilettes. Nice server. Cheese plate was for one, not so much for sharing. French Onion Soup was excellent. We liked our St Germaine spritzes.
