I was visiting Rouen from Toronto with my partner , happened to dine in at Payiz and let me tell you, so happy that we did. Absolutely amazing staff so welcoming and accommodating. The restaurant is so clean and vibrant with great atmosphere, so cozy. Food was so fresh and authentic and delicious. Behnaz and her staff are absolutely next level.
