We stayed at the hot l for 6 nights and ended up eating at the restaurant 3 nights in a row. First night was fine but you could tell that they were short on servers. Second night got worse. Food is very inconsistent. They have one thing listed on the menu and will serve something different and just tell you that it was a chef decision!?! On the third night they served two of the kids within twenty minutes and the rest of us waited for 1.5 hours for our meal. And only got our food after complaining Food was cooked in 5 minutes and obviously not good Very disappointed

Waiter was not at all friendly or engaged. Chicken in Caesar salad was battered and fried rather than grilled and was cold and dry. Disappointing that we won't be returning for the other three nights we are staying in this hotel.
