My wife and I stumbled across Déclic Café while exploring Paris, and it ended up being one of those unexpected little highlights of our trip. Neither of us drinks coffee, which probably makes us unusual customers for a café, but we were drawn in by the atmosphere and were glad we stopped. The café has that authentic Parisian charm that's hard to describe until you experience it—comfortable, welcoming, and full of character without feeling like it's trying too hard. We had a really nice experience here. For lunch we had the club sandwich chicken and the cheese bacon burger, which were really flavorful and juicy! The staff is also really nice and understanding, the service was fast and everything was warm.

I had an excellent faux-filet & frites lunch here on a Sunday. The food was delicious and the service helpful and friendly. A lovely dessert of tarte tatin rounded off the meal very nicely. They have a very good selection of beers on tap, including a very tasty IPA. A short walk from Gare d'Austerlitz, it's well worth a visit. Recommended!

Best burger I have had in a long time and worth the money. Had a really bad day on the trains (read multiple cancellations) and needed somewhere to eat. Passed by several other places but the vibe/atmosphere at this Cafe was excellent, quiet, modern and welcoming. Staff couldn't do enough to help, even spoke to me in English when they realised I knew very little French, and as I said at start of review I really enjoyed the food, I am very much considering going back when I pass back through Paris in a few days
