Went to collect my daughter’s Christmas present on Christmas eve. I arrived 1minute after Closing time and the guy refused to give me the parcel. He was happy to give the lady in front, her parcel despite being late though. I was literally standing there with my 2 year old and explained it was for her Christmas. He just stood there shaking his head saying no! Merry Christmas. I won’t being using this store again.

Ordered a large iced cafe au lait and a chocolat chaud. The cafe au lait was very diluted and not up to standard unfortunately :-( Thankfully the chocolat chaud was really good, so that made the experience less disappointing. The staff was very friendly, and there was even a cute dog outside of the cafe welcoming the customers
