We got the petite stub and the sweet stub with a strawberry matcha latte. The prices are very fair. We enjoyed the baguette and granola but the matcha tasted watery and did not have much flavor.

We recently stayed in Strasbourg for a few nights and enjoyed an early morning stop at Coffee Stub along Quai des Pêcheurs. They have a small indoor seating area. You can do take-away as well. Opening hours are 8am to 6pm (weekdays) and 9am to 6pm (weekends). Menu features a selection of simple breakfast orders, desserts, coffees and non-coffee drinks. During our visit we were served a good carrot cake and vegan granola. Americano and Espresso Macchiato were both pretty good as well. Service very friendly, prices reasonable, and overall good vibes in this coffee shop. Would gladly stop here a

There's good coffee here. The acidity in the coffee plays tremendously with the slightly salty peanut pretzel chocolate covered bar. It's very small though and has only one bathroom, so people have to wait in line.
