When I complained I was told ‘We’ve taken a look into your order and the concerns you’ve raised and unfortunately, we will be unable to provide a refund on this occasion. While we appreciate this wasn’t the experience you were looking for, we hope you understand our decision.’ Absolute disgrace and ruined my friends dinner.
