It is a nice place, with very polite staff. The food is good, but everything is very fatty. I had the duck confit with the potatoes. The potatoes were all buttery with bacon ,i would prefer a lighter side dish to the already fatty duck. I mean , the food is tasty but the combinations should be reconsidered.

Truly authentic French food from the Southwest region. The service was effective and friendly. You'd feel like being at home. And they are family-owned restaurant. Their food is 100000% great! The portion was super large. My bf & I gotta ask for takeaway. Recommended dishes: Salade gourmand Trio bourgan. Sorbet: Citron verde & cassis. If I get to return to Tarbes, this is the one I will go back to.

Stopped by this small city / large village of Tarbes. Ended up looking for a nice and simple place to enjoy some local delicacies. Walking away from the busy and unappealing city hall square, and found this lovely gem in a narrow and temporary pedestrian street. Meat specialty, great quality, perfectly cooked, and a service with a smile. Beware, large portion! Recommended !
