It was our wedding anniversary and we wanted something special. Not disappointed at all. There are 57€ and 36€ menu which were both beautifully plated. Also value for money for what you got which included two types of snacks (paprika cream and vegetable cake) and one mini entrée of strawberries in sweet pea cream. Divine. Top quality produces. I love my mackerel starter and beef rare main dish. Dessert was also right. Everybody was happy. Recommended for your special occasion or just when you want to explore some great food.

Very good meal in Tarbes. This place was recommended to us by friends so we had some idea it was good, however we were still pleasantly surprised. We attended in the evening mid week and we all went for the 3 course set menu. All courses were great and the family enjoyed the food including the the little extra surprises. Service was very good and one of the waiters was good at English although we insisted on listening to every course description in French as we are trying to grow our language. My partner and I went for Sunday lunch having booked earlier in the week. She is intolerant to gluten and lactose and had informed them in advance during the booking. When we arrived and took our seats, the waiter was very helpful in explaining menu options and changes that could be made to suit our dietary requirements. We opted for the 'secret' menu and every course was absolutely delicious and beautiful presented. The service was second to none. We had a cocktail maison to start the meal which was really special! The restaurant had gone out of its way to provide gluten / lactose free option

One of the best restaurants i have ever been to! the food is insanely good we were blown away. We got the set menu, and they also catered very well to our food allergies. The waiters were also great, very friendly and attentive.
