Great little Ramen restaurant in a real residential part of Tours. They have a very small menu and offer 4x ramen options. The ramen is good, just not that authentic. They added sushi ginger into it, which was a first for me. The service was really fast and friendly.

The beignet de poulet was delicious! Best chicken karaage I've had. The ramen and katsu-don were good and filling, but the service could be improved as it took a long time to get our order in after being seated. I think they focus more on pickup/delivery as there was a constant flow of orders out the door.

The staff were lovely and excellent service! The broth was pretty disappointing, not the traditional 2 day pork bone broth of ramen. The broth and flavour seemed like miso soup with some pork flavour. The noodles were gritty but not bad. My suggestion for Hokane is just to put more soul into the broth, especially for €15.50
